Back in summer of 2022, I wanted to plan an epic birthday party for my daughter’s 7th birthday and was surprised by a large gap I found in the market for children’s parties available in the Kamloops area. Not only that, any Pinterest worthy party was enough to break the bank and what do you do with the supplies afterwards?

That’s when Happy Glampers was born. I was looking for a way to reuse these amazing party supplies and what’s better than one epic birthday party? Lots of epic birthday parties!

So where did the idea for Happy Glampers start?

The process is really easy and will take all the guess work and stress out of party planning.

Our easy-to-follow booking form will allow you to tell us your party date, the number of tents needed, theme choice, and any add-ons you would like. As well as a space to request any potential set-up and tear down times.

Once we have verified the availability of your date, you pay a deposit to secure your spot. I will follow-up with you one week before your party by email so we can confirm all the details and send you an invoice for the remaining balance.

Depending on your party date and time, I will arrive either the afternoon of or evening before to set up all your all your tents in your chosen theme. Then, after all the wonderful birthday party fun, I come back and take everything down for you the next day. No muss, no fuss!
